There may be an "inquiry" event in analytics, with the manager saying he got nothing. Or the customer sees an endless download after sending. Such a malfunction directly affects the operation of the site and requires verification of the entire chain.

Repeat the client's path

Send the test form on your computer and phone. Check the required fields, file upload, success message and letter at the right address. If an inquiry is to get into a CRM, make sure it’s created with the right service and contact.

Find the crash site

A form may not be checked, a third-party service may not accept data, an email may become spammy, and integration may create an entry without notifying the manager. You can’t tell by saying “Thank you” that the whole thing worked.

After the correction

Check out all important forms, not just one. Update your analytics if the old goal counted a click instead of a successful transfer. Set up regular check-ups after site changes.

"Post-effect" will find a failure and restore the transmission leads. Send a link to the problem page and an example of the time of unsuccessful submission. Service: Technical support of the site.
