Why Replacing a Design Does Not Fix a Weak Structure
How to distinguish the design problem from the structure problem: service pages, content, routes and forms.

You can update fonts, photos and animations, but leave the old question unanswered: where is the site needed service? If the visitor does not understand whether the company is suitable for his task, a visual update will change little.
Example
On the manufacturer's website, different products are listed on one page. The buyer is looking for a specific type of panel, but does not see the characteristics, delivery options and documentation. The new design of the common page will make it more pleasant, but will not replace the catalog and product cards.
Maintenance first
Separate services and products, determine which issue each page solves, add evidence and a clear path to inquiry. Then design a design that helps you read and choose. Text and design should work together.
There's a lot of small changes
If the structure is good, and individual blocks are not read on the phone or buttons are imperceptible, you can limit yourself to point revision. The decision is made after viewing pages and data, not according to the general assessment of “outdated”.
The “post-effect” will take apart the site, suggest a structure for changes and help to implement them as a priority. Service: UX audit and redesign.
