If ads get clicks and leads don’t, you shouldn’t immediately increase your budget or change your strategy. First you need to find out where a person is lost: before going to the site, on the page or when submitting a form.
Site check
Open the advertised page from your phone. Does the service match the ad? Are the conditions and the region clear? Do the form, phone and messenger work? Send a test request and make sure the manager sees it.
Visit checks
Check out the actual searches and pages that people have visited. If a company offers commercial waterproofing and visits involve bathroom renovations, the problem is in the audience. If the requests are suitable, you will need to evaluate the page and offer more deeply.
Checking records
Contrast analytics goals with actual inquiries. Pressing the button does not mean sending leads. Sometimes the inquiries were, but lost in the mail or not marked by the sales department.
The post-effect will test the campaign and site as one chain, then suggest changes by priority. Send the address of the site and the period for which the advertising worked. Service: Direct's audit.
