Search advertising responds to an already formulated query: a person is looking for a contractor or a solution to a problem. The RSL shows ads on other venues and can work with a wider audience. Formats solve different problems, so results cannot be compared by click price alone.
Start with the question of demand
If customers are actively looking for a specific service, it is logical to check the search with an exact page. If demand is low or the audience does not yet know the name of the solution, a different approach to message and reach may be required. In both cases, the site should explain the offer.
Evaluate the data
With a small budget, it is not necessary to run both directions for many services. Select a priority, determine which inquiries are considered appropriate, and give the campaign time to gather enough data. A cheap click without a subject query does not make advertising profitable.
Consider the long deal
In B2B, a person can return later. Save your queries and check them against the channel, but don’t promise an exact result in advance.
The post-effect will suggest a first test scenario after analyzing the service, demand and landing page. Service: media plan and launch Direct.
